Refund policy

Draft for launch. This plain-language policy should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in Pakistan before taking paid orders.

  • Before we start work: full refund on request.
  • If we can't deliver within the promised time and you no longer want the order: full refund.
  • After delivery: because you approve a free preview before paying, delivered digital files are not refundable — but we will fix any mistake that differs from the details you sent.

Refunds are returned to the account you paid from within 7 working days. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference to request one.
